A selfless donor’s “hero heart” provides a sick 2-year-old with a second chance at life.

While one family was dealing with unimaginable loss, other hopes for a healthy future for their son were renewed.

At the gestation period of 28 weeks, a married couple was announced that one of the triplets’ life was at risk.
