Frequently, newborns come into the world with minimal or no hair. However, in the case of two brothers in the UK, they defied this norm, being born with a full head of hair.
Lindsay Shelton, a mother from Northampton in the United Kingdom, has left quite a remarkable legacy through her two sons, George and Stanley. At first glance, they may appear as typical young boys, but from the moment they were born, they possessed luscious locks of hair.
George, the elder of the two, had such an astonishing mane that the medical team required scissors to assist with his delivery. His hair was so long that it almost obscured his eyes and nose, a unique sight for a newborn.
As George grew, so did his hair, necessitating three haircuts in the first six months of his life, equating to one every two months.
However, George developed an aversion to haircuts, making the process slower. When he was nine months old, his parents decided it was time for his first professional haircut. The hairdresser was so amazed by George’s unique hair that he even took a photograph with him, a testament to the extraordinary nature of the young boy’s locks.
Four years later, the Shelton family welcomed Stanley, their second son, who also boasted a remarkable head of hair. Stanley’s hair initially grew long and then, after several months, became straight and tall. His father humorously remarked, “He’s electrified,” due to the striking appearance of Stanley’s hair, which seemed to defy gravity and resembled a work of art created with hair gel.
Lindsay jokingly advised against letting Stanley near a hat, given his hair’s remarkable ability to stand upright. Unlike his older brother, Stanley actually enjoyed his visits to the barber.
The strikingly similar hair texture of the Shelton brothers can be attributed to their genetics, as it seems they inherited their parents’ trait of having thick and rapidly growing hair, creating a truly exceptional and unforgettable family legacy.
