The most cozy but cool idea ever. How much money was spent and how it was obtained

Photos of 36-year-old Briton Matt Giles have been widely circulated on the Internet; he decided to show the entire world the floor he built with his own hands.

It should also be highlighted that his concept appears to be cooler than the most expensive and exclusive enterprises.
The first layer consists of silicone.

It is inconvenient to throw coins on the floor.

When Matt Giles and his wife decided to build a floor in their home, they searched the Internet for a suitable project. They decided to make a floor out of coins, which was both brilliant and insane.

First and foremost, the inventive couple visited the post office and local banks to exchange all of their paper money for coins. They had to give over 270 pounds to the bank in exchange for 27,000 coins.

It is more enjoyable to spread the company and the coins. The next step is to grout the floor.

Matt spent 6 weeks at work. He first placed the pieces on a floor surface covered with silicone. This process turned out to be very tedious, but fortunately Matt’s friends were delighted to help him.

The last stage is the epoxy resin. When all the parts were distributed on the floor, they were rubbed with a special solution so that there were no gaps.
