Gabriel Miller spends most of his time educating others about plant-based diets, even if they are complete beginners. Hundreds of vegan dishes may be found on his popular “Plant-Based Gabriel” blog, which he tests on his gorgeous daughter Bridgette before sharing with his admirers.
The chef, organic gardener, and cookbook author recently took a break from promoting healthy food to release a touching video. Bridgette was overdue for her afternoon nap, but she was fighting sleep like many other lively toddlers. Gabriel started to sing her a traditional Irish lullaby, and the tiny child couldn’t stop herself.
As her dad sings the familiar lyrics, Bridgette’s eyes begin to droop, and she hums tunelessly along with him. By the time he’s into the second refrain, she’s out like a light!
