Grocery shopping was never easy for 2-year-old Beatrice and her mother, Melody. The toddler was born with cerebral palsy and has a difficult time doing simple things like sitting in a grocery cart.
Recognizing Melody’s predicament, a local food market has gone above and beyond for the little family.
Brian, the store manager, was discussing with some coworkers what they could do to help… when the brilliant thought occurred to him.
Brain called up the bosses and had a special grocery cart ordered for Beatrice and her mother. “Beatrice’s Cart” has a larger seat for older children and is decorated in all of her favorite colors – her expression when she sees it says everything words can’t.
