It can feel like the end of the world when you’re a youngster and you’re told it’s time to leave the playground or that you can’t have dessert for breakfast. So it’s no wonder that when a little girl’s father told her she’d had her fill with Oreo cookies for the day, she burst out laughing.
Our star is a very adorable little child with chocolate all over her face and visibly sobbing red eyes. Her response to her father’s question, “Hey, what’s wrong?” is high-pitched nonsense.
It’s a language that, without a doubt, only the girl’s parents comprehend. “I think you’ve had enough cookies!” says the father without missing a beat. Then it becomes evident that the small girl is pointing in the direction of the kitchen.
The child, whose name is revealed to be Celine, lets out a sorrowful “Oh no!” in the lightest of voices when she learns she’s been denied sugary treats. She lets out a few quiet moans before murmuring in a birdlike tone once more.
Her expression says it all: she’s heartbroken.
“You had enough cookies baby,” says Celine’s dad in a consoling but slightly amused voice. She shakes her head, mumbling some more, before once again pointing to the kitchen with a pleading look on her face.
While I doubt that Celine did in fact get another cookie that night, I’m not sure I’d be able to resist drying her tears via a treat!
